- Do I have a genuine claim?
Every claim is different and will depend on the circumstances. Complete the online application form and we will contact you at no cost to you to discuss whether you have a claim that will succeed.
- How long will the claim take to settle?
Again, every claim is different. A straightforward case can be settled within a few months of instructing us, however a more serious case could take longer. We can guarantee however that we will deal with your claim as quickly as possible, but also ensuring that you receive the correct amount of compensation for your injury.
- How much compensation will I get?

- Will claiming cost me anything?
There is no reason why this should cost you anything. As long as you comply with the terms and conditions of the funding arrangement being used to pursue your claim then you are unlikely to pay costs. If you succeed with your claim then your costs will be paid by the responsible party's insurers. If you don't succeed then your costs will be met by an insurance policy. We will discuss your funding options with you when we agree to take on your claim.
- What if my accident happened some time ago?
The law gives you 3 years from the date of the accident to pursue a claim. There are however exceptions to this 3 year rule. Complete the online application form and we will contact you at no cost to see whether you have a claim.
- Will I have to attend a medical?
Yes, in order to ensure that you receive the correct compensation. The appointment will be with a local independent medical examiner and will be at a time convenient to you.
- How can you pay me £250 - is there a catch?
We are able to pay you £250 by way of a fixed share of our fees. There is no catch - all that we ask is that you continue to provide clear instructions and co-operate fully throughout your claim.
- When will I receive the £250.00?
We will pay you £250 as a fixed share of our fees as soon as practicable after the party who caused or was to blame for your accident admits liability, and we are satisfied that your claim will be successful and that the responsible party will also pay costs. We are unable to make payment if it is a "Small Claim" for which no costs are paid (which is often the case with minor injuries where for example, recovery takes place within 4 weeks of the accident) This is in addition to the 100% damages you receive.
Your full co-operation throughout is required in order to prove your case, and in particular in helping us to identify the person to blame for your injury. We must prove that you were injured, so it is vital that your injuries should be recorded by your attendance at hospital or on your GP.
- Do I have to visit your offices?
You do not normally have to come to our offices for your claim to be dealt with as we can normally deal with your claim by post or telephone. In certain circumstances however we are happy to come and visit you at your home or work at your convenience.
