Solicitors Regulation Authority Personal Injury Panel

RMPI are on the Solicitors Regulation Authority Personal Injury Panel. The Personal Injury Panel is a specialist panel of Personal Injury Solicitors accredited as such by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. The Personal Injury Panel aims to put you in touch with legal practitioners who provide advice on and assistance with claims arising from personal injury. Panel members can also provide advice to relatives of people who have been fatally injured.

Only solicitors and legal executives who meet the Solicitors Regulation Authority's strict requirements are permitted to join the panel. When you see the Personal Injury Panel logo, you'll know that the practitioner's skills, knowledge and experience have been rigorously and independently assessed.

MASS - Motor Accident Solicitors Society

RMPI are members of MASS. MASS is a national association of solicitors who specialise in road traffic accident claims. They are a non-profit making organisation and its Members are required to adhere to minimum service standards, which are set out in the MASS Charter. Being experts in road traffic claims its Members will provide clear, comprehensive advice and the best possible service whilst dealing with your claim.

The primary aim of the Society is to bring justice to the victims of road traffic accidents. To this end MASS lobbies Government on various legal issues regarding the Civil Justice System; campaigns on issues like Uninsured Driving and works with road safety and victim support charities like Brake, BUSK (Belt Up School Kids) , CBIT (Child Brain Injury Trust and Headway).

Headway - The Brain Injury Association

RMPI are listed solicitors of the Headway organisation. Headway's aim is to promote understanding of all aspects of brain injury and to provide information, support and services to people with a brain injury, their families and carers.

Spinal Injuries Association

RMPI are members of the Spinal Injuries Association.

The Spinal Injuries Association is a national organisation working in the interests of spinal cord injured people. The Spinal Injuries Association represent all their interests regardless of how the impairment occurred, whether or not it has resulted in full or partial paralysis. The SIA support all those who are affected by spinal cord injury, including the family and friends of the disabled person.
