If you have been involved in any type of accident that was not your fault and you have suffered an injury, you may have a claim for compensation. You could have had an accident at work, slipped on split liquid in a supermarket or tripped on a loose paving slab.

The level of personal service offered to clients is second to none and maintaining excellence in this area is central to RMPI's ethos.
RMPI has a specialist team of personal injury lawyers dealing with a wide range of claims including high value claims such as those involving serious spinal cord injuries, asbestosis claims, traumatic brain injury claims, road traffic accidents, involving traumatic injury, industrial disease claims and clinical negligence claims. We also deal with the less serious claims such as pavement tripping/slipping claims, industrial injury claims, public liability claims of all kinds and simple whiplash claims.
We aim to give all our clients a very high standard of service, whatever the value of the claim. We understand that pursuing a claim for compensation for personal injury can be a difficult, fustrating and often distressing experience and we do offer our best to help clients through all stages of the claim. We are always available to speak to our clients whenever needed.
RMPI do not change for initial interviews to assist you in assessing whether you have a claim that is worth pursuing. We handle personal injury claims on a 'no win, no fee' basis and are happy to visit you at home when appropriate.
Our "thank you" to you
Once your claim has been accepted, we will pay you £250* as a 'thank you' for instructing us. This early payment is in addition to any money you recover for your injuries. It is intended as early financial assistance and to provide some short-term comfort at what is often a difficult time for both the injured person and his or her family.
We also know that accident victims to not always get the compensation they feel they deserve as insurers rarely pay out the true worth of the claim. For example, insurers will often refuse to consider certain items of loss or expense without documentary evidence and at the drop of a hat will argue the legal concept of remoteness of damages in order to try to avoid paying out - hence why this payment is so useful.
*The £250 is a share of our fees ensuring that at least it is you the victim that receives the money rather than the insurance industry who under the present system are making millions of pounds of pure profit from trading their policyholders' misery.
